I saw Dynasty Electric during CMJ and was quite taken with them. Their set was commanding and complex but a hell of a lot of fun. “Supersonic”, off of their album Euphoria, is no different. With psychedelic veins of punk, classic rock and electronic reverberating through not only the track but the entire track list, I would not be surprised if Brooklynites lit up the dance floor with this tune. Mark my words, ladies and gentlemen: funk is back.
