Tonight at 8 p.m., Bec Lauder and the Noise kick off their summer residency at Jean’s Down. The three-piece NYC rock band — Lauder, Soph Shreds, and Maggie Bishop — formed in 2023 during the making of Lauder’s solo debut EP “Before Everything Changes,” a reflective introduction to her evolving sound. The band’s forthcoming album, “The Vessel,” out this August, marks a bold new chapter.
Catch the band’s residency sets on May 6, May 27, July 15, and July 27 — each night featuring special guests. Tonight’s lineup includes Nautics, sonofmidi, and Sofia D’Angelo.
