Dope Body blasted through a volatile set of scuzzy, thrash-inducing punk, and tore up every inch of Palisades. Much of their frenetic presence can be attributed to the stage antics of the ever-shirtless frontman Andrew Laumann, who twisted and writhed with an unexpected sort of grace to their grinding yet invigorating sound. We heard favorites to new songs from recently released LP Lifer that instantly won over the transfixed crowd, which seemed to only get more amped as the set went on. Pics below.
