Ex-Cult are a punk outfit from Memphis, and they’ve just released “Meda House Company,” a single off of their upcoming EP Cigarette Machine. As you might expect from said EP title, Ex-Cult are abrasive and to the point; there are no frills here, just raw, noisy punk that’d rather sneer its vocals at you than bombard your ear drums with endless screaming. Ex-Cult strike just the right balance of discordant synergy and fuck-all attitude, and we can’t wait to hear more.
