Himanshu Suri from Das Racist has embarked upon his solo project, Heems, with his debut album, Eat Pray Thug, coming out in March. Last week, Heems dropped “Home,” a track made in collaboration with Dev Hynes. As you might expect from a Dev Hynes production, “Home” has a beautiful, soulful, and minimalist beat, with flitting guitar and wispy background vocals dropping in and out of focus as Heems unleashes his sharp lyrics with a natural, easy flow.
