“Fringy Slider” is the first glimpse into tongue-in-cheek punks Mr. Dream’s new album, The Ultimate In Luxury. While the version they’ve released is unmastered, there is slick style to the song that sets it apart from some of their earlier, more brash work. While it’s different, “Fringy Slider” doesn’t feel out of place for the band. It will be interesting to see how much of a new direction they take on their new album. While there is no release date for The Ultimate In Luxury at the moment, we can still be excited that it’s on the way.
