TV On The Radio are back with a song off their upcoming record, Seeds. This track is thick, like chewing some big piece of taffy, and drifts with space-rock hooks that are dream-esque and hypnotic. Listening to this, I couldn’t help but sway along with the beat as my roommate stared at me awkwardly, wondering what the hell I was doing. For some reason, the thought of mixing cough syrup and grass popped into my head while listening to this song (if you need something new to trip out to, look no further). It lulls as the bass crashes in thick waves while electronic bleeps stutter and scream. It’s the perfect track to add to your “sex playlist” (right next to anything by The Weeknd or Bon Iver). There’s really nothing more to say except, “Oui je t’aime, oui je t’aime.”
