It’s been a minute, but festivals are BACK. With their first iteration since the pandemic, Hipnosis in Mexico City will be showcasing a lineup filled with psychedelia, shoegaze, rock, metal, and the many sub-genres in between, coming together from the US, Mexico, Sweden, and France. As with any great lineup, it is part discovery of new bands you might not have heard and other bands you’ve been dying to see live. This year’s lineup features Amparo Carmen Teresa Yolanda (Acty), Diles que no me maten, Deradoorian, Fuzz, La Femme, La Luz, Mengers, Monolord, and Tonstartssbandht.
With more artists to still be announced, the lineup is already off to a solid start. Be sure to get your tix if you’re in Mexico City (or have convinced yourself to find yourself there around November 6th…) and keep up with the festival on Instagram.
