The End of the Road @ Empire Drive-In 7pm ($15)
Yes, you read that correctly a drive-in movie theatre is a reality in NYC! For it’s opening night, the theater will screen a few silent movies along with a live soundtrack. The movies are One Week starring Buster Keaton (scored by Aye Aye Rabbit: Greg Saunier on drums, guitarist Indigo Street, and Ed Pastorini on keyboards), One A.M. starring Charlie Chaplin, and Kid Speed starring Oliver Hardy. And to top it all off Jim Jarmusch’s Night On Earth will be screened. Tickets available here.
