Mientras el Summer of Love, Woodstock y Vietnam creaban una atmósfera de cambio cultural, musical e ideológica al norte del continente Americano, el centro y sur pasaban por circunstancias parecidas llenas de volatilidad por abusos de poder por los gobiernos y desesperanza.
