Watch: Jack Name “Running After Ganymede”

For those not aware, Ganymede is both a moon of Jupiter and the largest found in our solar system. More importantly, it’s the curious focus of Jack Name (John Webster Adams of White Fence) and his new video for the single “Running After Ganymede,” which comes off his upcoming album Weird Moons. This minimalist electronic track is propelled by fuzzy synthesized bass, a juxtaposition of droning male vocals with an angelic, female counterpart, and curious ambiance that flits in and out of the mix. Coupled with the imagery of a wolf chasing the moon on a cloudy night, this video is a trippy, dreamy delight.

Weird Moons is out from Revolver USA / Midheaven January 20.
